Continuous improvement - there has been previously and issue with bolt holes not lining up on the face plate and this was corrected by using an over sized (1mm) drill bit. However in the drive for continuous improvement Bill has implemented the use of Cobalt Drills for Straight bolts, these Cobalt Drills allows a whole new standard of finish and accurancy.
